Please be mindful that Waxtastic Salon, LLC is an appointment based business. Due to the increased number of last minute cancellations and no-shows/no-calls of some scheduled clients, it will now be required that you give a 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment(s).

Please be mindful that Waxtastic Salon, LLC is an appointment based business. Due to the increased number of last minute cancellations and no-shows/no-calls of some scheduled clients, it will now be required that you give a 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment(s).
This will allow for another client to be offered your appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Same day cancellations and no-shows/no-calls will be charged 100%.
I do realize that emergencies and sickness can arise unexpectedly. As such, cancellation fees will be determined upon my discretion.
Clients who repeatedly cancel without proper notice, have a two or more no shows or who abuse their emergency/sick reason for cancelling may be denied the ability to schedule future appointments online and/or may be required to pre-pay for all services.
